the perfect place for an breakfast or lunch. the menu is excellent with a good selection of dresses that fit all kinds of eaters. last week my man got the Jumbo fruit and I got eier benedikt, we both asked for requests for change like...extra toast, sauce on the side etc. personal was very nice and very helpful! I often go to lunch with the girls here, they have an excellent selection and great drinks menu too! it is... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Vintage Rooms:
came with our hiking group for coffee. I am milk intolerant and asked what was on the menu I could eat. After the server was checked, I was told that the only available eating was porridge! I thought about this day and age a well established one. tea room would provide all allergies or food preferences. very disappointed. View all feedback.

Slow service. our group ordered at the same time, but the meals were about 5 minutes apart. I had ordered the eier benedikt with the Hollandaise sauce on the side, but when the plate arrived, it was obvious that the Hollandaise sauce had been poured over. the court and then scratched. would not recommend.
Food good. service terrible. so disappointed. today to the lunch snack. serve my desired tea without milk and the croissant came 17 minutes later. customers behind me had the same problems I talked to a worker who said that drinks were always served separately, unless otherwise required. Well, I should have said that at the time. croissant came without butter no knife and no serviette. sadly I had visited this place before just over 4 weeks when the service was as poor, but I was willing to give him a second chance as we all have been out
Read my review of tThe Plough as we actually ate in the Vintage Rooms. When I tried booking a table it came up as Vintage Rooms. Very disappointed in decor. We were given a table about 15 metres from a display counter selling sausage rolls...etc. You felt as if you were eating in a Spar shop
We manage to get a table even without booking on the day before restaurant closure. We had very good service and we were very pleased with quality of the food, portions, presentation and overall value for money. Certainly recommended
