I stopped by this restaurant tonight and ordered a burger. I was warmly greeted by a fantastic server named Holly. The food was served promptly and was delicious and well-presented. The service at this restaurant was terrible, with items missing from our order and they were not willing to replace them. Additionally, the food was only warm, instead of piping hot. View all feedback.
Food is great but how management spoke to staff is enough to put me off.
First time at Eddie Rockets, nice food and lovely staff
Took my 5 year old daughter to the swimming pool tonight after we went across to Lisburn Bowl just to play in the arcade but was refused entry cause I didn't have my covid passport walked around the corner to Eddie Rockets and had some lovely food along with WONDERFUL customer service. THANK YOU Eddie Rockets you made up for a child's disappointment at being turned away from having fun

Many parking places, very clean escap area beautifully decorated in an American diner style. the food was excellent and the staff was pleasant.
