What JennyB1984 doesn't like about Eats Fish Co Dunmurry:
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was shocked by the high prices and lack of customer service. I ordered a fish supper and an extra portion of chips, but was disappointed to receive only a few chips with my meal. If I had more time, I would have definitely gone back to express my dissatisfaction. View all feedback.
Two fish were horrible and could not be eaten, the fish was hard and had a very strong smell, not fresh. I called the manager and I didn't really get a satisfactory comment since all he said was that our fish is fresh every day, I don't think so, I won't visit him again, dawg.
If you don't accept the card, be honest. The card machine has been damaged for months and customers have to constantly use the ATM to collect money. There is a sign at the door that says they accept various forms of payment by card. . Off. Although fries are good
I and my children waited in an empty store until a bald person arrived who was obviously cooking the food, as if he hadn't had a wash in months. Behind the counter was dirty and the staff was too busy talking and the order was wrong. Absolutely horrible, the bald keeps coming out of the back while cooking, which meant everything was exaggerated. The chips were totally unreadable and the language used in front of my children was a shame.
I've eaten from here several times without complaining, but after today's experience I wouldn't come back. Big poster outside that says he's under new administration, so maybe that's why he was so poor. The place was so dirty that the staff had no idea what they were doing. He ruined the order before mine by putting vinegar on him and then, when they realized that the guy had put them back in the fryer, he said he would remove the vinegar! Then they discovered that there was only one sausage for the two children's meals and they had to cook another. They were going to give me a meal that had been ready for 5 minutes while the other sausage was cooked until I asked them to have the two children's meals ready at the same time. Children's meals for 3.30 were a dry sausage and a handful of fries. I'm glad we wasted only 6 00 strangers here and we're definitely not coming back.
My daughter ate here once a week at lunchtime when she went to nearby school, always ate chicken goujons with curry.salsa de salsa without salt and vinegar and she enCANTA them. Great value for less than five years. I still take the odd time to get these even though it's not our nearest chippy. Lunch time is very busy with school kids who order food deals, and dinner time is also full! They have some offers for family dinners with a mix of different items. Good value if that's what you're looking for.I love your fries, fresh cooked, and not many crunchy pieces. Cooked perfectly. However, the size of the portion is quite small. They also need to remind them sometimes if they want salt and vinegar, but that is because they are very busy. Besides, my daughter ended up with an unexpected sausage battered between her chicken goujons once. Therefore, orders are not always 100% correct, but that only happened to us once, of the countless visits. I also tried his chili chips with cheese. I just wish the cheese melted. We also had your fish dinner and it was great. The fish is definitely fresh. Not too much pasta. I just wish you were given more chips!I definitely recommend this little, agitated chippy.A disadvantage is that they don't accept card payments and sometimes late at night, they tend to get stuck for change, so bring cash. There's a bank link less than 50 ms (out of Tesco) if it's stuck!I was discussing whether to give them a 4 or 5 star rating: they're really a 4 solid. 5 usually. I hope to see you there for many more years!
