Good food, good service. not typical Portuguese, modern kitchen. I love it. I highly recommend this restaurant if you stay in Lisbon. Good.
Excellent food. Very good Chef’s interpretation of regional Algarve cuisine. Room needing somehow a way to reduce noise, the beautiful marble panels and old vitrines, unfortunately work as an amplifier. Staff should know that dishes only are removed from the table when all the food is consumed or when asked by the clients.
Everything about this restaurant is special. Our server was warm and attentive and pleased to share the kitchen with us. The menu is innovative and the room feels authentic and a bit of space and time. The location is just steps from S. Apolónia Train Station. We started with homemade bread, purple carrot grove and olive oil with orange and grapes. The Makrele Carpaccio was served on Shiso leaves that gave him a minty taste and my wife had grilled mushroom in a asparagus sauce. We then had fork cake fish and squid. Everything went nicely with the bottle Alentejo red wine our server recommended. After a day walk the mighty hills of Lisbon we enjoyed our dinner in Taberna Albricoque.
