Sala De Joao Sa - Lisbon

Not my first Michelin experience, but with a distance the most satisfying. I chose the market menu and was again and again enthusiastic about home brot Urchin-Atiser (rich of meer taste plus sweet) pink garnels (literal melts in mouth with sauce) truffle/toffee/Cholat Dessert(so rich balanced layers. and the service was impeccable from the beginning. oktopusreis was a little salty for me, but unlike that, I gave it 100 points. wonderful culinary experience!

What an absolutely fantastic restaurant. it is very small and personal, I had so much luck getting a reservation during my visit to Iissabon. the service is probably the best I had. the personal was great, very nice and courteous, the menu was great and very diverse. I made the tasting menu and they were very flexible with my clam allergy. I would recommend sála de joão sá to anyone who visits the opposite without hesitation.

One of the best food experience I ever had, the staff and chefs were incredibly nice and the food was more than exceptional. I will recommend everyone I know to visit this amazing restaurant. I loved that the tasting menu had a seafood theme. I’ll definitely go back before the end of my trip! I feel like I’m high on food!!

Amazing eating and service! I love the beginnings. the seafood bisque is really good. a little disappointed by the seafood soup, which was nothing special, the desserts were fantastic. I had the special traditional pig with honey dessert. quite a tasty bite as it has a very interesting tqste and texture. overall the service is perfect.

My experience in sála de joão sá was once in a lifetime simply top 3 best food experiences of my life. as the only solo dinner in this night, I could sit at the cook counter (which is the best place in my opinion.) each cook that has assembled a dish has introduced me to their individual dresses. the chefs were incredibly friendly, friendly, talkative and attentive. eating was incredibly the best pickup on seafood and Portuguese eating that I had so far. the pink garnels from algarve with garnel head powder! I let myself in the eyes with drinking and so pampered and so humiliated.
