What disappointed us the most was that at least 4 or 5 izakaya-style dishes were unavailable, which was quite frustrating. We also don’t understand why the first screen when paying by credit card immediately suggests a 15% tip as the first option — this felt quite inappropriate to us, especially knowing that tipping is not a common practice here… we did leave the tip, but certainly not 15%. We sincerely hope foreign visitors won’t be treated this way… We won’t be coming back. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
