The location offers a breathtaking view over Lisbon, and if you time it right, you’ll be treated to a magical sunset that transforms the whole atmosphere into something unforgettable. The service was outstanding. The waiters weren’t just polite; they were genuinely warm and happy to assist, always with a smile on their faces, creating a welcoming and relaxed environment. It felt like they truly enjoyed having us there, which made the whole dining experience even better. As for the food — from the starters to the main courses and finally the desserts — everything was prepared with such care and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a reminder that this wasn’t just a place for a nice view; it was a place that takes its culinary craft seriously. The menu offered a great balance between creativity and comfort, making it hard to choose a favorite dish because they were all exceptional. Honestly, I had gone in expecting little more than a scenic viewpoint over the city, but Java completely raised the bar. Atmosphere is also a 5/5 being on a rooftop overlooking the water on one side and the city on the other. Well worth the price and we enjoyed every bit, but the sea bass sashimi and crispy squid were amazing! Highly recommend, not only for the view : food was of high quality (honestly everything is delicious, loved the octopus, chicken, and tuna crudo .
