Chili's Grill - Lisbon

Chili is a chain. you tried. no problems with eating. the service at this particular time was slow. our dinner lasted much longer than it should have. Apparently the waitress didn't know we didn't have a tablet on the table. So she had to get one after we had waited 15 minutes for us to have all the dishes stacked properly to get their attention. then we got the tablet and the touchscreen worked only when he wanted. So I fought with the ding for 5 minutes to meet all the buttons. it didn't help. my finger to wet didn't help. it was just bad. unfortunately the end of the meal worsened the mood for the night. All right, get dressed and wish you better staff next time.

Ordered quesidillas with chicken, OMG they were delicious. I was sitting g at the bar, the bartender took my order. She was working all by herself. She was great and kept her composure with all the stress in the bar area. I would eat here again.

Abby wad a very good waitress . She paid attention to her section checking back . The best customer service ever .The Chilli was very salty , bacon burger was good .

Ericka was phenomenal, probably one of the most fun servers I've had in a long time. The food and drinks were great, definitely what I needed that afternoon. Definitely will be a regular stop from now on.

Awful!! Don't order Doordash for your meal. I ordered a 10oz steak, extra shrimp, extra asparagus, and extra garlic butter. I received a 5oz steak, flat and well done, no garlic butter, esparagas had no flavor just cooked and 5 shrimp not 12. Ontop of being cold. I went the same night and ordered the same dinner to prove to the manager they DO NOT give you the same meal as you would get if you ordered out. The manager had no words !!!
