How this guys called themselves a vegan/vegetarian restaurant and then they serve chicken a shrimps as a main plant? plus the staff are slow and they don't pay you any attention. i had to repeat my order 3 times until they get it right. ma experiencia, staff lento, do qual tive que repetir o meu pedido 3 vezes. e não entendo como um restaurante vegetariano serve frango e camarão?

There was only one customer... read more We visited Verde Alface as it was close to our Airbnb and since we had just had to check out, we were in need of some (vegan) food. There was only one customer already there when we arrived, an so the service was incredibly fast. The waitress offered us both English versions of the menu and spoke to us in English before realising that we were able to order in Portuguese. This was very kind of her and would have made things much easier if we hadn’t spoke the language. Our food arrived very quickly and tasted delicious and fresh. We also ordered a single espresso each, and of course, as always in Portugal, the coffee was excellent. We both ordered exactly the same and in total in reached just over 10 euros, which was great. We would definitely love to eat there again.

Sadly what we ended... read more We were so excited to try this restaurant. Everything looked promising, fresh healthy food in Lisbon, with smoothies and vegetarian options. Sadly what we ended up with was a couple of warmed over dishes, that literally had been reheated but not reheated enough, way too salty, and not great. The smoothies were almost devoid of flavor. And the service was extremely slow, took almost a half an hour for reheated food although we did have the sautéed vegetables which were at least fresh, but were a few euros extra on an already overpriced and underwhelming meal.
