A true gem in Lisbon – creative food cozy atmosphere I've visited Trinca several times, and it truly is a little gem in Lisbon. The menu isn’t huge, but it's well-curated with exciting dishes in both small and larger portions. I especially love ordering several of the smaller plates – it's a great way to explore more flavors. You can really tell that there's thought behind every combination of taste and presentation. The wines are carefully selected from smaller producers and absolutely delicious – a perfect match for the food. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and full of charm. Highly recommended – be sure to book a table in advance! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–35 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’re coming to Lisbon this is definitely a place to visit, the food is really amazing and the service as well. People had a full attention on how we were doing and the wine recommendations were on point. We absolutely enjoyed our evening at trinca, If you enjoy good natural and local wine and amazing food this place is for you.
I love to go to Trinca and have a chill dinner with friends, super cool environment and the service is also friendly. Price/performance is quite high I’d say. I really liked focaccia there!
The tacos were good and the place nice, however the Focaccia was 3 very slim slices, so not ok for the price. The service was slow and a little chaotic, one of the tacos was served while the other three 10 minutes later.
Shall I order cod cakes? I think the best ones were in Porto. They were not the best one. The best ones are here LOL. Grandma's recipe <3. My first meal in Lisbon was here. Restaurant was quiet which I LOVE. We ordered everything fast, they made it fast, we ate it fast and we left fast. My fav!! The mexican mushroom soup dish, shrimp tacos, sweet potato dish and the cod cakes are the ones to go!!! The meat tacos were a little salty but thats fine.
I absolutely loved visiting here for an early dinner! My server wasn’t wrong advising me I had to try the cod fish cake, and gave me recommendations on what on the menu might be nice to try. Everything was so tasty and nothing was too much trouble, I wish I’d discovered this little gem before my last evening in Lisbon.

Here you can find a great fusion of Portuguese and Mexican dishes made with fresh local ingredients. Great value for money since all food was delicious and everything in the menu looked great. They offer vegetarian options and also accommodate to other dietary requirements you might have. In general it was a great gastronomic experience and we will return the next time we're in Lisbon.
Great flavors with international influences. The staff was very friendly and the setting, even if very simple, was comfortable, unpretentious and refreshing. Highly recommended.

We went with friends who rated it. Excellent range of tapas dishes that were all delicious and well executed. Service was excellent. This is up there with one of our favourites in Lisbon. Will definitely return.
Amazing little restaurant with a variety of flavourful food choices. We both have food issues and they accommodated both of us even in shared starters
Worth looking for if you visit Lisbon. Amazing food and great friendly service, everything fresh , small menu on a blackboard delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
We came here for lunch at around 3:30 pm and were amazed by the food. We had cod fish cake, fish tacos, ribs and chocolate mousse and all of it was delicious! The server was lovely too. Would really recommend this place and it was very reasonably priced too.
It's a real shame because the food is rather original and good but the experience overall is bad and probably I will never go back. The place is small (old buildng basement storage space) and spartan but has its charm, however the door to the street does not close properly and people that come in leave it fully open. A very cold wind came in during all the time I was there. It was very cold and unpleasant. I had to get up and close the door (partially) at least three times. Waiters don't seem to care. Because of the cold wind all the food arrived cold as well. I ordered a soup to try and warm-up and it arrived cold. The shrimp tacos were cold too. The restrooms have no lock and you run the risk of somebody walking in and catching you in the act, that is the entire restaurant because the restroom opens directly into the main room. Service is slow and impatient, they literally walk away as you as speaking. They don't have a menu, just a large blackboard that the waiter will hold while you read. But it's heavy and the waiter cannot stand there for long, so you have to choose in a hurry which leads to just picking the most obvious, not really getting a chance to see what they have to offer. I don't have anything against unconventional solutions but they need to be practical and comfortable, otherwise it's just cheap.
