We were the first in line at... read more Seriously, this Tram 28 is a cute touristy thing to do. I'd suggest catching it at Praca Martim Moniz by the green pharmacy sign). We were the first in line at 8:00AM and had a line after us. As we stayed at Martim Moniz, we could watch the line during the day ...it was shoulder season 10/7-10/10 and the afternoon line was at least a block long. The ride is fun, I suggest riding the full loop. Be careful, do not stick your head or arms out the window, because when you pass a trolley going in the opposite direction you cannot fit a slice of bread between the two,
