Very inefficient and stupid. I ordered some bakery and a sandwich and wanted to have it and take a seat. The ladies behind the counter didn't want to handle the food and insisted that the waiter would bring it. HOW UNNECESSARY! Anyway, I took a seat with my girlfriend and waited for the food. The ladies behind the counter didn't want to handle the food and insisted that the waiter would bring it. HOW UNNECESSARY! Anyway, I took a seat with my girlfriend and waited for the food. A couple of minutes later, the waiter brought us the food, but a bakery piece was missing. I stood up and went to the counter and asked for the missing bakery. The lady again wanted me to leave and give it to the waiter. HOW STUPID! I just took it from her hand and went back to our table. I do not recommend this place. The food is eatable but not good
Top-notch, family-friendly cafeteria! Well worth a visit. The staff were professional and attentive and accommodating to specific needs. They checked in to make sure everything was ok and we were happy. The service was excellent! The food was cooked to absolute perfection and was delicious. Food was reasonably priced, and there's a range of foods from burgers, pizzas, pastas, and Portuguese delicacies to choose from, accommodating a diverse range of foods for customers. The atmosphere was chilled out. It's a child friendly place, and there were numerous families with young children present. Lots of tourists also come here for food and drink. A really great place to go for food and drink. I highly recommend!
Can’t say I agree with the bad reviews, but I also only had a pastais de nata and a small savory pastry. I felt the quality and taste was quite good, especially considering the fact that I tried many different types of pastries during my time in Portugal. I don’t wanna call this place particularly bad, but again I only tired the baked goods
I went there with my family and it was horrible. Super dirty and we needed to wait for a long time... ITS REAAALYYYY EXPENSIVE!
É cheio de turistas por ficar na Rua Augusta, mas comi o melhor pampilho da minha vida! Você definitivamente deveria tentar! Além disso, eles eram pessoas muito legais. Melhor pampilho de Lisboa!
