Having grown up in Asia with food lover parents, I know and very familiar with sharks fin soup. I am not here to talk about the ethics. They are no longer available in most countries, therefore, I was very curious to see what this restaurant would serve. What I saw was something that looks like silver noodle. I asked a server if it was really sharks fin, and she said yes. I didn’t want to argue or complain. I know it’s not real thing. This is the similar thing that some sushi bars use fish cake that looks like crab when making California roll. DO NOT CHEAT ON CUSTOMERS by using fake ingredients!
