Pork was... read more Looks good but can’t match its expectations. Went as a table of ten , those that had chicken thought it was okay , but it’s kinda hard to mess that up. Pork was inedible , chips were all Luke warm at best. Red wine was served freezing cold and when we asked for it to be warmed it was half done for us like they were doing us a favour. Then at the end of the meal we were informed they only take Portuguese credit cards. I was prepared to walk but we rustled up enough cash. This seems to be a common problem which should be explained on entry or at least a sign on the door. Can’t recommend anything about this place sadly

Its for sure one of the best places to have grilled chicken in Lisbon, not the best though to find about the best spot, check my reviews . The rice was also tasty but not the salad. I would have went for 3.5, but now its either 3 or 4.

Waiter was rude and impatient from the beginning and it was not language related because we are Portuguese. The food was excellent. Then we went to pay and at that point was told they do not take foreign CC. We were frustrated but what can you do so we went to leave to get some cash. He wouldn’t let us leave without leaving leaving something. I was going to refuse but my mom left her cell phone. The closest ATM was a 5min walk away in a grocery store. When we tried to explain that maybe next time they should warn people ahead of time. He rudely dismissed us and said “Well, I didn’t know you were paying with a CC.” 5 stars for food and 1 star for service.

My husba... read more What a great, authentic place. This is not a place that many tourists know about. When we were there it was us and maybe one other table of non-locals. My husband had the famous bbq roasted chicken and I had the tiny fried fish. Both dishes well served. Service is fast. Loved it.
