Atendimento 5 estrelas. A recomendar.
Ambiente super familiar, comida muito bem confecionada, experiência a repetir. Várias vezes!
This was a really fun and relaxing spot for lunch on our first day in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend a reservation. The food was fantastic and there was a nice selection of shareable options. It’s hard to decide. The staff was helpful in food and wine decisions. We loved everything.
This was a mixed experience. We arrived at 7.30pm for their 8pm opening. We did so as we tried to be a booking several weeks earlier and none was possible. Why arrive 30mins early? My wife researched and identified 50% of tables are booked with 50% left for walk-ups. This was not our experience. All tables were taken or not made available. The process to add your name to the walk-up list needs improvement. The ‘from of office come waitress’ stands in a single location looking at the arched line up of hopeful diners and somehow expects all are mind readers and will come up to her with name. A better solution would be for her to walk the line and make a list. All in all we were no.11 in line arriving 30mins early. The stated ‘45mins wait estimate’ was illogical and so wrong it is an embarrassment. We waited 1hr and 45 mins from 8pm. Wow! There is a significant lack of urgency to clean tables and move people in as was there to limit dinners to a reasonable time. 3hours to have a meal is excessive yet the staff allow this to happen. The food was good. We enjoyed it, yet the wait time made the experience 2-3stars. This brings me back to my the title of this review: book in advance or don’t go.
