This a quiet big restaurant with a lot of staff always screaming at each other. My food was so salty that I could not finish my food. Was not a very experience to me, will not return. View all feedback.
Restaurante O Beiral is a traditional Portuguese cuisine restaurant located near the Humberto Delgado Airport and Parque das Nações. It's off the beaten path, so mostly locals and business people go there. Restaurant is very casual, nothing too fancy but their food is extremely well made. Their specialties are their grills and their roasted suckling pig that they made only on Fridays and Saturdays. They have very fresh fish and one of their off the menu specialties (which you need to order at least 24h ahead) is their roasted Grouper head, which is easily enough for 3 people that eat well. Also try their tap green wine which is incredibly smooth. Staff is competent but a bit of hit or miss, some really friendly others not so much.
If you 're looking for the best suckling pig roasted in wood oven, then you should go to O Beiral . Other Portuguese food traditional specialties are availabe along the week. The simpathy of the waiters is fine, always aware of youre needs. Good food, good wine what should one 's expect more?
Top. Home made porc (Leitão) served with home made chips and salad. Add frisante wine and you get a great experience. You have other dishes as well. Nice and quick service. Fair offer of desserts. Parking around restaurant. Rush hour is tricky. 15-20€/pax. A must go.
