Tartar-ia - Lisboa

One of the best experiences i have had in Lisbon restaurants scene nowadays. It’s not easy, since they start to appear new restaurants in Lisbon like mushrooms, but the owners (Maria António), works as an arm given with the Chef Victor Santos. Wonderful! From start to finish. The no nonsense owner runs a tight ship and her passion is contagious. Small menu done really well. The quality of the ingredients is top knotch and the ingredients are subtle enough not to overpower the main ingredient. Highly recommend

Place is not there anymore! So save some time trying to look for this place. The time out market where this restaurant was supposed to be is great though!!

Great tatare. Part of the big market but you can sit at the counter and watch it all happen. Server suggested classic beef and Asian beef tartare and they were both excellent. Highly recommended if you like beef tartare.
