I found the restaurant Marac... read more After arriving in Lisboa and settling in at my hotel, I took a walk to explore the surrounding area. I was also looking for dinner. I found the restaurant Maracana on Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, It was a short distance from my hotel. I had their melon and ham for a starter, followed by a dinner salad and bread, and grilled bass. I finished with a chocolate mousse. It was a very friendly place and the service was great.

Service was awful. They came out and demanded more money (2€ at the end of our meal, then management proceeded to argue over our bill right in front of us. It took 10 minutes for them to resolve this amongst themselves and give us our change. Overall terrible experience.

The menu was extensive we both chos... read more We were staying locally looking for lunch the restaurant menu looked very good. We were warmly welcomed to a spotless table. The menu was extensive we both chose the same dish with bread olives to start. The bread was fresh tasty. Our wine was very good, The main course was superb, huge helpings of delicious salmon prawns in rice. We could not have tasted better enjoyed every mouthful. Service was friendly efficient.
