Mano A Mano - Lisboa

Honestly a bad experience from start to end. After looking at some great reviews, we decided to have the last meal of our holiday at Mano a Mano. We ordered the bella Italia pizza, the first time it came out it was completely raw. The second time it came out it was even more anemic. It was awkward sending it back both time as there was no apologies. Our server was lovely but the manager was rude even though he acknowledged to the chef that the pizza was completely raw. The final time we requested a new pizza it was bought out, but it looked more like a flatbread than a pizza, which was very humiliating (see pictures). It was upsetting as even despite sending back a pizza 3 times, it was kept on the bill and we were charged service charge despite the fact we had to leave with a cold pizza. Extremely disappointed!

Beautiful place for pizza and pasta! we asked them if they put something under the pizza while they bake and said they do it. the pizza was also not cut, so no risk for using the same tool. we had pizza and pasta and were not sick (both zöliakie.)

Very knowledgeable about gluten free options. Nothing specifically marked, but got it when we asked for the gf options. Really great staff and cozy atmosphere. The food was absolutely good and worth it, but we were not blown away.

My wife and I both really enjoyed the food. I took the waiter's advice and got the spaghetti Verde with pistachio and gorgonzola. My wife had the tagliatelle Bolognese. The pizzas looked great as they were being served around us. Some families got a pizza for each person so they could have leftovers. Great service and the waiter's wine recommendation was spot on. We split their Tiramisu for desert and it was very good!
