As a customer living and working very close to the restaurant, I’m more than disappointed. I used to come every day for a quiet lunch or after work with friends or date nights. Never again. Food took a long time, no communication among the team of waiters, wrong dish served without apology. No manager available to discuss this behavior. As I stated, 99% of the clientele are corporate people having restricted time for lunch. Making a mistake is fine and understandable however telling a regular customer that it’s fine if she leaves? Too bad. I basically had a lemonade for lunch. Unacceptable.
