I had the salmon tartar and the quail egg adds a touch of creaminess. The highlight was the crispy salmon skin handroll so flavorsome! The kataifi prawn was ok ... there were 4 to the dish and that was a bit much for one person. The salmon miso soup was also good, except the spoon they use is too big for my mouth, which made eating the salmon bits a bit of a challenge. Will definitely go back!
