The staff, fluently English speaking were very funny and since we were earlier eaters than the regular crowd we had long chats. The surroundings were modern and sparsely decorated but comfortable.

The cook wasn’t saying much, but I he... read more Stopped in for lunch and the food was good. However, while eating, the supervisor was having a disagreement with the cook. The cook wasn’t saying much, but I heard the supervisor scolding the cook. Once finished, the supervisor proceeded to discuss the situation with the server, which the cook could see occurring through the glass. Completely unprofessional. Then she took a phone and the server did as well on what appeared to be their personal phones. We were waiting to have our plates cleared and there was no acknowledgement from either of them. Two women walked in and waited a couple of minutes before the server who was on her cellphone acknowledged they were there and called the supervisor over. Very disappointing customer service. As a professional, you need to maintain your composure at all times in front of customers. If a discussion is required, it should be done out of view and earshot of the customers. The issue should not be discussed with other staff afterwards, and personnel cell phone usage should be limited to breaks or at least held away from customers.
