Girasol - Lisboa

Restaurante Churrasqueira Girassol, located in the city center of Lisbon, has become my go-to spot for the second year in a row. The food here is tasty, with a wide range of traditional and typical dishes from my hometown, all at very affordable prices. The menu offers a variety of options, from Iscas à Portuguesa at 6.40 euros to pork ribs at 7.10 euros, or codfish for 8.90 euros. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but do keep in mind that this is a bustling place, usually filled with locals during their lunch breaks, so expect some waiting time, especially during peak hours. The desserts are also a treat, wonderfully sweet and satisfying. I've tried several dishes here, mixing both fish and meat, and I'm always impressed with the quality.

My favourite authentic Portuguese food restaurant. One of the best places to eat fish in downtown. Fair prices and a delicious Portuguese dessert called Bolo de Bolacha that is worth to try!

Eravamo in fila per raggiungere il tavolo del famoso ristorante accanto, quando un ragazzo ci ha consigliato di buttarci nella taverna che è la stessa cosa, "solo che l'instagramma non aiuta". DIVINO, un orata e un merluzzo divino, prezzi ridicoli. La cucina di mia nonna. Vai, ja.

Siamo entrati per caso vedendo i piatti sui tavoli di altri commensali, abbondanti porzioni, mangiati molto bene. Ordinato 3 piatti di merluzzo preparati in 2 modi diversi, 1 piatto di seppia e 1 litro di vino, tutti preparati in casa. Pagato 45 euro in 4 persone. Servizio un po' lento perché il ristorante era affollato, gestori molto gentili. Consiglio questo ristorante.
