Awful experience and we went the only ones. Just thought we'd pop in for a light evening snack. 1 beer 1 tea turkey sandwich chips and a cheese omlette. Sandwich, beer and tea came after 20 mins. Chips and omlette never appeared. Gave up,paid and left. Awful service as well
We 're staying near by and thought we would try this place out..... wish we hadn 't!!! From the start the waitress was very abrupt when we asked if they had a table for 2 outside more or less saying sit where you like and turned away. She gave us menus which we couldn 't understand as they were in Portuguese. We asked another waiter if they had menus in English which he obligingly gave us. We then asked for a wine menu which we received. After about 15 minutes the waiter took our order for food and drink. After another 15 minutes he proceeded to tell us that they didn 't have the wine we ordered, no problem we picked another. He then came back and told us they didn 't have that one either so we had to pick another. I ordered a burger while my husband ordered the monkfish. Food arrived quite quickly but was like warm at best. My husbands monkfish was overcooked and my burger was so raw it was inedible photo attached). Staff past by a few times but no-one came near us to ask if everything was OK. Eventually a waiter arrived to clear our plates and we told him the burger was awful to which he replied 'I 'll talk to my manager '. That was the last we seen of him. No dessert menus offered, nobody came near us and we had to ask for the bill after another 20 minutes. No apology or discount offered and staff just couldn 't care. Worst meal I 've had in my 3 visits to Lisbon. Customer service is non existent and food very overpriced for what it is. This burger and chips was €19. Avoid at all cost, there 's so many better restaurants in Lisbon.
