Very friendly. However... bad variety on the menu. When I asked what they had, the vegetarian was. Maybe rice or broccoli. There was a group of us, and most people enjoyed what they ate. Bill was reasonable considering that we had a lot of beer View all feedback.
Atendimento top e a comida sem.palavras, estava divinal! Para repetir!
I came across the Forno Velho having been given a flier at a corner on Lisbon’s Avenida da Liberdade. I ordered fish soup and I got a soup with potatoes and sea spinning with a few slices of pork. The cod was dripping in grease and tasteless. The only saving grace were the mushrooms in lemon sauce. A G&T was a whacking €11. The bill for what amounted to starters was €35.50. Not to be recommended. The place is dated to the socialist 1970s ! Lisbon certainly has better to offer.
Ristorante con atmosfera decadente. I piatti sono buoni ma il contesto e' da rimodernare. Alla fine il rapporto qualita' prezzo non mi ha soddisfatto. I prezzi non sono quelli di The Fork.
My first time in this place. First of all I’m going to recommend the garlic bread, it was delicious. The food was excellent as well as the service. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcome. Certainly when I back to Portugal it is a place to go again.
Pleasantly surprised by this excellent restaurant. The decor brings you back in time. The pace is slow in a good way. No rushing, which gives you time to enjoy the moment. The enchidos, the goat and the dessert were all properly prepared. Nothing fancy, just good ingredients well prepared.
