The night we planned to go was Sunday and t... read more We had walked by this restaurant several times during our stay in Lisbon and the thought the menu sounded delicious. The night we planned to go was Sunday and they were closed. We thought we 'd missed our chance before leaving the city! However we hopped online and made a reservation much to our surprise for Monday evening and had the most delightful dinner! The wild boar feijoada was the star of the night, however all the dishes were so thoughtfully prepared, the service was kind and genuine, and the little bistro atmosphere reminded me of the time I lived in Brooklyn. On our walk home from having a beer on the boulevard we encountered a French family inquiring where was a good restaurant; we were thrilled to point behind them at E Um and say Go there! It was SO delicious! I hope they were able to get a table! This was one of our most enjoyable meals from 4 days in Lisbon, don 't hesitate!
