What User doesn't like about Cais Das Colunas:
Starting with descriminatory comments about our backgrounds. Later on the manager and the waiter made rude comments about our food preferences, being that we are vegetarians and not wanting to accept our menu choices. Telling us we are stubborn and that it is a psychological defect that we would eventually get over. So nice we visited twice on our 3 day trip. Food was delicious and really good value. The sea food was so fresh. The wine was perfect and the service from Paulo was amazing. Will definitely recommend and visit again when in Lisbon
Placed in a busy area (Rua Augusta) this place looked nice but...understaffed and a big disappointment! We waited for 1 hour to get our food, even for a simple burger! Kids fell asleep on the table ! Only 1 waiter... the restaurant runners looked cranky and didn't even make us feel welcome. Very expensive, too. NO MORE dinner there. Sorry!
Stopped off for a drink and b some fries. Service was ok by prices quite expensive considering quality of facilities. Better places around
This place in located in Rua Augusta, a very central street in downtown Lisbona. Unfortunately...we didn't like it at all. very understuffed , there seemed to be only one waiter. we didn't feel comfortable, we nearly felt ignored. it took them more than 1 hour to bring the food....even a simple burger! the children we had with us felt asleep on the table! pretty expensive, i think we paid more for the location than the plain food we ate. not our place.....
A beautiful place in the busy city centre. The food was great. We had a cod fish Savory, pepperoni pizza and robalo grehladogrilled sea bas. The service and cordial and the meal size was big enough to make me go to sleep immediately after the dinner.
