when I was told about the concept, I was a bit unwilling, so the whole experience was absolutely great. each individual dish is original, well presented and, most important....delicious the menu is very short and seasonal. Unfortunately, therefore, the price is because it is really not cheap and the portions are minimalist View all feedback.

Bichomau owners and chefs can find a lot of flavors that bring this up to a very high level. with the found combinations they have developed a new dimension of experience. stars, not
Loved it. I went twice in one week and I tried different options: João-dé-ervilha, O inominável, the Kraken da Floresta and the Porco que queria ser ovelha; every thing was delicious and the restaurant has a very cosy environment. If you go to Lisboa...please do your self a favor and visit Bichomau, highly recommend it.
You are the best at work with fish. In addition, the fish is from the Portuguese coast, and the menu matches the seasonality of the fish. For example, Tuna is not what we are used to eat in all other restaurants; they are tuna from the Portuguese coast, smaller and brighter in color, and the meat is much tenderer, without ribs. I liked this tuna much better! They must be willing to spend, but it is a unique experience; the quality of ingredients, the sustainability of their choice, the creativity and harmony of dishes, the technique used to work the fish, which is never easy, healed, smoked, etc. All this has a price, and it is worth paying. Must taste the dishes: Santoquets Spider Crabs Wakatum Tuna tartare with wakame Ó salzig meer Oyster and white fish tartare
C'est mignon, mais ça ne paie pas la mienne... on pourrait presque en douter jusqu'à ce qu'on commence les premières morsures. C'est original et vraiment délicieux !
