The person at the counter let us try the different types slice our order by hand. We enjoyed it so much, we went back the next day for salami.

The bread with tomato... read more How should I put it.......... good. Very good. The cured ham is very good, a little bit salty but somehow there is a sense of fruityness. The bread with tomato sauce is absolutely gorgeous with the ham....... a little refreshing from the tomato goes a long way with the ham. The croquette is surprising awesome. The filling has a taste of ham and probably mixed with mash potato. What can go wrong with mash potato and cured ham together. It is like made in heaven. The aged cheese is lighter than Parma cheese but stich rich in flavor. ....... ok you need a glass of fruity red wine to compliment the ham. This is how I like it.
