Typical portoguese cusine, very nice dinner. The fish was truly delicious and the prices very reasonable. We had dinner outside, which was a plus. The inside looked rather unimpressive, but that's part of the charme View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Beco Do Forno:
I gave this place 2 stars, instead of 1, solely because the waitress recommended good wine and was pleasant and apologetic about our horrid food. The veal chop was burnt and tougher than the leather of my shoes, plus tasteless. No flavours (ie no herbs or spices used to disguise the overcooking). The pork chops were chewy and undercooked. Again tasteless and dull. The BBQ cod was very salty almost inedible and no one... View all feedback.

Small family-run place with one page menu and genuine Portuguese cuisine. The octopus is so tender that you cannot believe it is possible. Grilled sea bream is delicious. Mango mousse and espresso top up the picture as well as complimentary cheese and port. Bravo!
Simple restaurant with traditional portuguese cuisine, very authentic, friendly owners and great fish dishes.
The feedback from other people didn't disappoint me. This hidden gem offers one of the best experience in home-made Portuguese food. Staff is super friendly, service is fast and efficient. Plenty on the menu but enough to make your life easy when it comes to place an order. Highly recommend!
