We were staying at the Ascensor Di Bica serviced apartments and our room overlooked this nice little bar/eatery. It quickly became our favourite place for pre dinner drinks and nightcap. Nice cocktails and a lovely spot to watch the world go by.
Terrible rest. the food was frozen when it was served. Avoid. I cost extra money on the bill. The service was very bad.
