The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and worried about little details. There was a gorgeous ambiance and it felt really relaxed but well put together and nice. There were very few ca... read more The food was very terrible, we arrived in Lisbon from the bus station to find a nearby restaurant to eat, I did not expect it was so bad. There were very few categories in the buffet. At the beginning of the lunch, there were many people in line because the table was too small. My friends and I ate dessert first, and the waiter took away the knives and forks we were using without asking us. When we raised our hands to signal that the waiter was ready to ask for knives and forks, everyone looked the other way. I raised my hands for at least 30 seconds before anyone took their time. I said we wanted knives because we hadn't finished eating yet, and he didn't say sorry.
