We had planned on having a quick lunch but the setting was so welcoming that we ended up staying all afternoon and having afternoon tea as well. As the menu offered at Anfora restaurant is only available for dinner we had the menu from the bar. Pictures speak for themselves.

The air conditioning was not working prope... read more Good food and corteous waiter. Unfortunately the meal was ruined by the fact that the dining room was unbearably hot. The air conditioning was not working properly and no one seemed to care about this before we raised the problem. After we did, someone showed up acting as if he were looking into the situation but the temperature remained almost as high as before. No one bothered to offer any feedback or explanation.

Love the choice of food, fresh and tasty , especially the desert raspberry cake is the highlight . Wine is nice , staff is friendly and polite.

Than Lanb and Pork belly and... read more We were two and chose 2 starters bad 2 main. All were impeccable. The Biological Nidd and the Sqiid Carbonara to start were superb. Than Lanb and Pork belly and either outstanding. All with a nice Pegos Claros red to help finishing the delicacies

At first there was nobody to welcome us in, then we were served warm water without even asking if wether we wanted still or sparkling or if we preferred cold. Not even as much as a good night. We were ignored for a rather long time while the other two tables with guests were served, even though we called the waiter and one of the parties arrived after us. Complained to no avail. Called Maitre, complained. He tried to correct the situation, but still the service is ineffective, inattentive and clumsy. Add to this a poor wine list, with several wines missing and half of the wines they actually had weren't at the right temperature
