Ao 26 Vegan Food Project - Lisboa

Finalmente este restaurante tinha o menu tejo gourmet, embora não o tenha publicado. ou na rede, ou no site há algumas informações sobre isso, o que não faz sentido. mais, dos 25 clientes que estavam almoçando lá, eu era o único que pediu o menu tejo gourmet. o cardápio, tomando o escabeche que acompanhou a torta de perdiz (couvert, guisado de cordeiro e rabanada) foi saboroso. os vinhos tejo servidos com o menu (colheita branca, vermelha e tardia) bem acompanhado o repasto. o serviço, encarregado de um jovem, excedeu o esperado, não só pela sua competência, mas também pela simpatia. Como eu era mais provável, o chefe veio à mesa e falou comigo.

Tudo o que veio à mesa (pão degleba, manteiga com ervas, peixe de menta e iscas de cebola) foi francamente saboroso. serviço despachado e profissional, no entanto, minha frustração foi enorme, quando descobriu que este restaurante, o único em lisboa aderindo ao tejo gourmet, ainda não tinha um menu Ribatejano na carta. Não faz sentido.

Always fantastic. great eating, great presentation, great atmosphere. Portuguese cuisine with fantastic presentation - not so often in this city. and inexpensive.

OMG der Oktopus!!!! I have made reservations about Mae for more than a month and it was my first real evening in Lisbon....sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo The service was wonderful, very attentive and helpful, which made my night even better. The food was absolutely incredible, the seafood star was delicious with sauce that I was trying to lick from the plate. But the octopus main thing was the absolute star. It was perfectly boiled and melted into the mouth. And the potatoes and pears were a fabulous compliment and only the perfect amount of sweetness. It filled everything with a glass of her sweet white wine and it was an incredible meal.

This restaurant was so great! We only had 2 nites in Lisbon and after first nite we booked for the next nite! The waitstaff was super kind, especially the younger girl with pretty curly hair and glasses unfortunately I do not know name. Both our male waiters were very kind and attentive. The food was fabulous! I suggest you try more than one appetizer especially the chef special. The suggested Vinho Verde was definitely on point and SUPER reasonable. If we we’re staying a third nite , we would go again!
