That was good, service was good and their waitresses were polite, they ask for tip but was not mandatory at all
The restaurant offers excellent food, friendly staff, and comfortable chairs, setting it apart from most other restaurants in the city. It would be even better with a bit more space between tables.
We went here for dinner on 11/1/24. We got 2 pizzas a beer and a glass of wine. We were seated by the waiter and after we ordered there was no more interaction asking us if we wanted more drinks or perhaps a dessert. People were walking through the outside seating area where we were sitting trying to sell us bracelets and all kinds of things . The food was nothing special but the wine felt watered down which was disappointing . We paid €40 for our meal and we feel we could've had better with that price . The restaurant was quiet with not many customers so we felt like we were left abandoned until it was time to pay.
Horrible sangria ,basically spiked wine. We absolutely could not drink it. When we gave feedback about it, they offered us drinks. They made us pay for it too, even though they took it away. Food was also bad. Avoid at any cost!
How has this place not been investigated by the Portugese Health authorities and closed down? We did not get to try the food although it looked passable on nearby tables. We ordered drinks and the waiter had his finger INSIDE one of the glasses of water. When we questioned him, he became belligerent and denied it, (of course). We had already seen his attitude towwards another family a few minutes earlier so we were not surprised at his reaction. Asked to speak to a manager and a somewhat muted individual turned up. We walked out, followed by Mr Finger waiter running after us, asking us for pay for the water he had polluted. We said we would call the Tourism Police and left. We had very little time left in Lisbon so it was taxi to airport or I'd have definitely taken the trouble to lodge a report to protect future visitors and their health.
