I went there as part of the Rota das Tapas and was amazed by the tapa Manel prepared. By far the most generous and delicious tapa in this program. Manel is also a friendly person who will give you good service. I'm glad I went to this restaurant.

You can have options from Cod fish/Pork/Beef etc.<br/ <br/ The Lunch menu costs 6.5 only and has a good main course drink coffee dessert. I had the pork chops cooked with chips. The sauce is particularly tasty and the pork is well cooked. I liked the potatoes better than the pork. They have a very reasonable lunch menu of 6.5€ which includes a main course, a drink and a dessert.<br/ <br/ I am a big fan of Jardineira it is delicious and very very filling. The only downside is that they don't cook it everyday. The desserts in general are very consistent the Caramel Pudding and Chocolate Mousse are particularly good.<br/ <br/ The people who run the place are really nice and welcoming, and even though I barely understand Portuguese I perfectly understand them : .

It did seem to be full of locals, but the food was nothing to write home about and the prices weren 't that great. I don 't plan on going again.
