We both got the tasting menu which was 10 savory courses and, for our dinner, 4 !!! sweet courses at the end. In the middle I was worried we would still be a little hungry, but by course 9 I could barely eat another bite only through force of will and the creativity of each dish, did I finish the tasting. Truly a wonderful experience. They have sea themed decor and music, and the food was so so unique, creative, AND delicious. 12 out of 10, honestly. Definitely make reservations before you go, and be aware that they only take cash or Portuguese credit card. The team is warm and clearly passionate about highlighting local Portuguese dishes with a Japanese twist. Seafood itself was fresh and well-executed. I loved being able to try new flavours (sea nettle lupini “hummus”, sardine flan, etc) — definitely a unique dinner that shouldn’t be missed!
