The service was bad, even with less people in the restaurant I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to go to my table. I asked for a drink, I was almost finishing my meal when I asked for it again. Unfortunately like many restaurants, a bad service can kill your experience.

Service needs a bit of improvement, but was not bad service I have to say.it's not 5 Star so service was adequate just seemed not to be motivated but as usual t... read more Service needs a bit of improvement, but was not bad service I have to say.it's not 5 Star so service was adequate just seemed not to be motivated but as usual that's down to management. we want to feel more welcome... anyway the food and specially the Tuna I had was the best I've ever had. everything else that was named tuna I ate before was not tuna. if visiting El Corte Ingles in Lisbon you should stop by for lunch on 7th floor. if you love fish you will love it here . not everyone will like it but as per my experience and places I visited , is his my favorite. Also there is a smoking section if you are smoker and can't be without it .

Adding to this, the food is poorly done, and totally not worth the price. If you are looking for somewhere to eat in El Corte Ingles, go downstairs.
