Didn't like the steak. The menu doesn't say how much it in grams, nor what kind of steak was it. I somehow expected a proper beef one and was surprised to get pork. Some of the staff behaved impolite. Watch out that the food they bring that wasn't ordered will be charged on top, if eaten. View all feedback.

Cost savong tip check the menu offer at the entrance. Very nice service.

The food is tasty and the place wine is nice. The service and the decorations are ok. The chairs could be more comfortable, but the overall experience is good. The price is not cheap but it's worth it.
We stopped by here randomly at LX factory to get some lunch. We were really pleasantly surprised at how great the food was and their affordable prices. Wound up having one of our most memorable meals here on our trip to Lisbon.
The food was good, a lot of varieties of Portuguese codfish and other stuff, also meats and burgers. The service was friendly and helpful, some just need some training as they mixed our order of desserts. They put on our bill the dessert that was not available. All in all nice experience.

We went as a family of three. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by friendly faces, given an amazing table where we could see through the windows of the vibrant LX Factory. The waiters one more friendlier than the other and their passion for what they were doing ant it was visible. The chef and the team made each dish tasty demonstrating what Portuguese gastronomy is all about. We were so impressed with the amazing team that we wanted to mention them by name, and a special thank you to: Raquel Ana Liliana Gabriela Renan Bianca What a phenomenal experience. I recommend and I'm certainly returning
The service was very friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I would definitely go again if given the chance.
The wait staff here was incredibly busy and still took the time to chat with our group. Even explaining the meaning of Praça for us. Food was incredible, and sitting outside near the street made for lovely ambiance. Would highly recommend!
Ridiculus that I am forced to drink a 0.6L beer when I ask a small one. They don 't even warn you, than they charge 6 euro and mention as imperial on the beer. Bad customer service.
Stopped her for lunch, as a group we ordered Pasta, Steak, Ostopus and starters. Firstly they bought us a wrong starter dish which we had to return and get taken of the bill. Secondly the pasta tasted ok but the sauce tasted worse than Dolmio sauce. Thirdly the steak wasnt too bad but had no sauce on it and was very rubbery. The octopus dish tasted ok but was drenched in oil. We also ordered fries which had no taste of potato and was very greasy. We paid for extra sauce for the fries and they only bought this over after we asked them a couple of times. The general service was also poor, they did apologise for bringing the wrong starters but never came over to check if we was happy with our meals. You should only visit this place for a few drinks dont bother with food

I ate octopus every single day during my vacation in Lisbon, but ai have to say I really die not like this one. I ate half of the plate because we were tight on time and had to go somewhere else. The potatoes were a bit of mix of soft and harder, the sea weed really didn't appeal to my personal taste and I don't know what happened to that octopus, but it was very chewy and tasted just weird. To be fair, the Risotto my Partner had with the cod fish was better and I wish I had taken that instead but it also wasn't overwhelming. The ambient is nice in the place, but food wise I think there are just better places to eat. I would generally probably not eat again in the LX factory premise.

Aperol for 5 euro at happy hour, amazing deal! I tried the fried calamares, we were wondering if they had just caught the fish, it tasted really fresh! Great place for a small stop!
This place is a must visit. The BEST carbonara I have even had in my life. My wife ordered it and it was absolutely phenomenal. I don't care what your grandmother's recipe is, this is better. I had the steak and it was great too. With the beer sauce. Patio seating. Dog friendly. Burgers, appetizers, beer, wine cocktails.
