When entering the premises, we interrupted the service from a cigarette break and it was given to us to eat it up. Hotel ABSOLUTELY NOT PET FRIENDLY!!! Even if we were to sit outside, we were told to consider the dog somewhere outside the premises. The behavior of the staff is appalling, this is not how business is done. I will never come here again... the waitresses were very nice, they tried, but when there is an arrogant and unwilling cook in the kitchen, you can't do anything. So if you have any dietary restrictions/food allergies, avoid the establishment by a long shot. The second shift in the kitchen is said to work well, but unfortunately you never know in advance who you will run into. Today, for example, it was not even possible to order a larger portion of the normally offered food from the children's menu. So I ordered the small one, but since I placed the order after the others at the table, I also received it later. Until then, the meat was probably drying in the pan... the chef is a hero in the kitchen, he didn't even treat the waitresses nicely. In total, as a group, we spent approx. 5 thousand here, we had one not so special request... for me, Mr. Chef is a throwaway. Dietary restrictions: According to the menu, there is gluten and milk and eggs in ketchup as well... and if you want to agree, it is not possible.

We tried several dishes here. The pork tenderloin was overcooked and the vegetables were burnt, resulting in a bitter taste. The samurai mix had a pleasantly spicy flavor, but was again slightly burnt and dry. Overall, the food here feels like an emergency option.

We arrived at a half empty terrace, we waited 15 minutes for someone to serve us we couldn't wait. The waiter brought the order to the next table, ignored us, so we left.
