It’s takes a lot to find a bad restaurant in italy that can’t serve basic dishes. Worst food I have had, the steak was very dry and tasteless and the pasta crema di zucca was unbeatable. Service was ok, and location is incredible, but what is that without food! View all feedback.

The restaurant chimera is less than a km from the port of lipari, in a panoramic and privileged position. the outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and extends to the old town. the location is elegant and refined. Christian, the maitre of room, is an extremely prepared and professional person, always attentive to details. the restaurant offers a revisited local cuisine: octopus soup was delicious, as well as crustaceans ravioli with fennel sauce, pine nuts and raisins. good selection of local and Sicilian wines, with some national proposals. correct quality/price ratio. for those looking for a romantic place, with a kitchen attentive to raw materials.@iviaggidiema
Unique experience, the best restaurant lipari with low hands. fresh dishes, excellent service, always present and prepared from every point of view. I recommend to anyone who wants to be transported by aromas and flavors of aeolian.
