Pizzeria Gamos - Linz

The pizzeria now has new owners and was renamed to pizzeria carma. unfortunately the pizza is no longer tasted at all. the teig is boring and tasteless, the ply too little and also not delicious. I can only guess from one visit, any other pizzeria is better than this. the previous owner told me he sold because he didn't make enough sales, he got another pizzeria in steyr, maybe I'll get there.

Ich war angenehm überrascht, da ich im Linzer Raum schon lange keine anständige Pizza mehr bekommen konnte (abgesehen von Amici und Fratelli). Ich habe dieses Lokal auf Empfehlung eines Freundes ausprobiert und die Pizza hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Preiswert und lecker! Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass der Toastschinken auf der Pizza von besserer Qualität sein könnte. Auch der Kreiselbauer hat mich nicht komplett überzeugt, da er nur schwach gewürzt war. Die Spinat-Pizza war jedoch erstklassig, aber das verwendete Knoblauchöl war das absolute Highlight!

Die Pizzeria wurde jetzt unter neuer Leitung als Pizzeria Carma umgeflaggt. Leider ist die Pizza nicht mehr so schmackhaft. Der Teig ist langweilig und geschmacklos, die Belag ist zu spärlich und nicht lecker. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier einzukehren. Jede andere Pizzeria ist besser als diese. Der vorherige Besitzer hat mir verraten, dass er verkauft hat, weil er nicht genug Umsatz gemacht hat. Er besitzt noch eine Pizzeria in Steyr, vielleicht gehe ich dort hin. Schade!

I was surprised, as you could not get decent pizza in the room linz for a long time (except amici and fratelli!) have tried this locally by the tip of a friend and the pizza has convinced me. as pricey as tasty top! to complain I have to put toaschinken on the pizza, a higher quality would be desirable. also the gyro maker did not completely convince me, since it was only weakly spiced. the spinatpizza was world-class, however, the used garlic was the i-tap!!
