3rd class disgusting! Very disgusting! Time is not worth anything to them. Today after placing the order, they made me stand for 18 minutes and could not deliver. I miss the train! If you can't provide proper service, stop it.

I ordered some food here because it's late and it's difficult to find somewhere else. Bad experience ever. I made an order at the automatic machine and it did not print any receipt. I came and asked a worker there. I tried to use English to explain but he did not understand and didn't even try to listen. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes with a prepared order on the table that no one claimed his. They could not even trace the order price. Such a nightmare and I will never visit it again. A waste of time for unorganized fastfood store.

The store turned private so now the food is more expensive has less quality, there are a lot of fake reviews and the popular times say no wait for the entire day when that isn 't true. 15 minute long wait, very busy and got a viral Infection from the food. Spent 11hours vommiting, now I can 't even get up 23 hours later let alone eat anything.

Eines vorweg: Ich weiß, dass die Arbeit bei McDonald's nicht einfach oder immer angenehm ist. Aber das sollte nicht mein Problem als Kunde sein. Am Mittwochabend im McCafe wurden wir zuerst ignoriert. Dann wurden wir (noch bevor wir überhaupt bestellt hatten) in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton darauf hingewiesen, dass sie bald schließen. Als dann eine ausgesprochen unfreundliche Person unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat (anscheinend war sie verärgert, weil sie schon geputzt hatte), wagte ich es, mich hinzusetzen. Eine Minute später wurde ich von der Dame angeschrien, weil sie etwas zum Trocknen auf einen Tisch gelegt hatte, der für Gäste gedacht ist. Ich versuchte, normal mit ihr zu sprechen, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Am Ende haben wir bezahlt und sind ohne Kaffee gegangen. Ganz ehrlich, mir war die Lust vergangen. Eines ist sicher: Egal was passiert, dort werde ich nicht mehr hingehen. Essen: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphäre: 2
