It is always stated where the meat comes from (typically from a local farmer). There is a sink to wash your hands after you grinded your face and fingers all up in that tasty meal. Of course they have a bathroom in the back if you need to make up some space for more deliciousness. Ask at the counter if there are any coupons for meal deals. Oh and be careful, the floor might be slippery from oil after a long day. Bon appetit!
