Feedback
The vegan burger costs 10,90€. it has a bungalow, that is not from brot. I guess it is fried tofu with shiitake mushrooms. it's innovat, but I didn't like it. the straws are made of wood, that is probably bambus. there was no card payment option, but there is a cash machine on the street.
I went with my mother spontaneously there to eat something because I heard some good things about her vegan dishes. when we got our summer rolls, I was curious about the mayo on the teller, so I asked the waitress if it was vegan. she said it's not vegan, but the summer rolls were marked as vegan in the menu. So I went to the boil to tell them that it is better not to use non-vegan sauces on a vegan dish plate. he apologized, but I didn't know if they were vegan or if they just ordered vegan from applause, so I used mayo that I really found strange. in my presentation, if something is vegan, it must be anyway. so fast forward approx. 15 minutes after our talk, the table next to us ordered exactly the same vegan summer rolls and they got it exactly with the same mayo on. for me it seemed as if they didn't take it seriously to use only vegan ingredients for a (marked) vegan dish. I will not go back there because the burger was not mindblowing after that.
