Went for a date night with Wifey. Dinner out; and, a movie Downtown. The cinema seats weren't very comfortable for our 2hr20min movie; but, we managed to handle the jandel. View all feedback.
What Billy Terry doesn't like about Downtown Shopping Centre:
It's changed alot since I was young. Used to be a main hub but has since passed away from old age. Hey it has the movie theaters if your into giving your money away. View all feedback.
Very nice place to shop. Very classy shops. Florist Cafe Doctors Cotton on clothes shop. Ice cream shop
We had a lovely morning tea in the cafe and exc service
Tiny shopping center in tiny Palmerston North. So it doesn't look so tiny in relative to Palmy. I'd say Event Cinemas and Timezone are the highlights of this place. Cotton attracts some younger crowds, too. It has a foodcourt with foods from India, the Philippines, and the Middle East (kebab). But a bit overpriced. You can get some ice cream from an ice cream stand and the bistro. It's got some shops, including: phone case shop, saloon, nail saloon, souvenir shop, and some other shops that I can't remember of. Toilets not too clean, but not the worst. Apart from the toilet, it has a clean area. Indoor parkings available.
Had some nicd upgrades but this is palmy, lots of empty shops. Doesnt really give lively vibes
It's shopping centre. Not much to add. The number plate reading number plates is a cool feature and caused un warranted anxiety. I'm also guessing most people don't remember the number plate of thier car. Take pictures when parked. You not only have your plate, but also the park you are in.
