Today was one of my best experience. The cashier was really nice. I forgot to look at her name. The service was also fast. I think taking the order first then paying helps to make the output rate speed up. The chicken were small though. I rarely get big chicken there anyway. View all feedback.

Lines are mostly long, cashiers nd servers don't move fast enough
Tables filthy , needs to be clense after each customer's usage.. can't have only one or two cashiers doing the honors when customer's volume is high,causing waiting periods to be between 20-35 mins.. Supervisors need to fill in and cash if there is a staff shortage, instead of been a dictator..
I don't like how they did the spicy chicken, not sure if it's because I went on a public holiday and probably the right chef wasn't at work but it was poor really poor. Plus, the fries were also cold when I got them. Cold fries are terrible, please stop serving customers cold fries
Took too long to get my food and when I finally got it an item was missing the food is not what it use to be
