Boccaperta - LINGUAGLOSSA

Very nice restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. Wide menu and wine cellar of the vast wines, with niche wines and for nothing “discounted”. Very good dishes, only pecca service a little slow.

Very welcoming place, with an excellent wine cellar for wine lovers. The menu includes very refined dishes that use quality raw materials of the territory.

The food is good and of high quality. I enjoyed everything I had. Some of the dishes could have used a little more salt, but that’s just my personal preference. This was a really nice place for dinner and I recommend it. I would come back to this place. The service was good too.

We dined here in 2019 when we visited family in Linguaglossa. Of course we had to return on this trip! Boccaperta did not disappoint. We had lunch with family and it was delicious. They brought out a sampler appetizer which was amazing. We asked the waiter to suggest a wine and it was perfect. We shared a dessert and then when it arrived, wished we had more! The atmosphere is lovely.

We ended up here somewhat by mistake after tasting some wine on the mountain. It was near the close of the lunch hours and most places were closed. Be aware, you need to ring the doorbell to be let in. We had several dishes and everything was great. The staff was extremely welcoming. We definitely recommend the linguine with Datterinos and the Casarrecce alla Norma. If you plan on spending time around Mt. Etna you should definitely consider coming here. 5 star.
