Restaurant am Theater - Lingen

A small, clean restaurant that advertises outdoors with Argentine steaks, but has remained in the 80s. It smells a little unpleasant. Steak did not serve great culinary art today and I think it is too expensive from the price.

It should be a nice Christmas dinner with the family. Table for 5 people was reserved. We have a table for 4 people at the table. This was also underway. But there were even larger tables that would not be occupied. The day ticket was rather an emergency solution to make sales. There were 8 menus on the map. Only meat dishes! No fish or vegetarians! For every meal there was a day soup that would serve Lauwarm. The most important courses were hot but sweet dressed and much too big portions. The taste was okay, but not special. 2 dishes were taken wrong and a lapel steak was also not a real lapel steak, but looked like upper shell, especially since there was no loop. Our conclusion: Too expensive, lifeless and not worth a 2nd visit. Guess.

When you enter the restaurant, you feel like having made a time trip in the 1980s. The muffy-morbid ambience serves you very friendly and fast. The menu contains mainly Balkan specialities, but also typical German dishes. I like the Balkan dishes, which are spicy, and for those who like it a little sharper, served with Ajvar. Also beautiful is the small solid but good salad bar where you can combine the supplement salad yourself. In the end, a little Julischka must not be missing.

It is like an atmosphere of a restaurant that is very close to the cinema and theatre, and is in a super park.

We've been going to the restaurant for a long time. Delicious food and friendly atmosphere guarantee a beautiful evening.
