Factor she was hustling literally running to make sure everyone was taken care of then she took a delivery checked on everyone before she left and as soon as she got back she checked on everyone again and not just our table she had multiple tables she was doing everything with a great attitude and a great smile she needs a pat on back. What David Bowles doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Way too high priced. A little side salad for $8.99?? Wings were supposed to be .75 each. Got 16 boneless wings, paid $14.99. Small sandwich for $7.99. Probably won't ever go back. View all feedback.
Pizza hut over the last year and a half has under cooked, burnt, not sauced or cheesed and not season things we order. they messed up one of our so bad that we didn't get our food for four hours, they offered us a refund and a free order in the future and didn't follow through on either I'm sick and tired of how the pizza hut in town treats its customers. this time they did not season my melts because of course they didn't its not like I very simply order 2 of the exact same item or anything and absolutely nothing else... I have never had this happen to me at any other pizza hut, every time they say they are gonna refund us and never do they'll tell us to wait a certain amount of days the say oh we can't do anything about that cause it's been to long, ridiculous.
Emma the manager made my experience horrible will never eat at this again the shift manager at 7 pm
Took 30 min for them to deliver my food then it showed up without the sauce that I paid for and they have been out of breadsticks for about 3 weeks
Ordered on-line and they where out of large pizza crust and bread sticks. I did speak to the manager a few days later and she was understanding and stated that corp. only allows them to order so much. I told her I would be calling Corp and letting them know the issue. Because it was my birthday month I lost my free breadsticks and the manager offered to replace them for me next time I visit. Went back again after church and by the time we got our pizza's they were COLD. The waitress never came back to check on us. No one else eating in besides us a party of 9.
